A. Procedural Posture
This patent dispute concerns telemarketing equipment. The plaintiff, Manufacturing Administration and Management Services, Inc., (“Manufacturing”) originally filed suit in the District of Minnesota against various named defendants, including ICT Group, Inc. (the “Telemarketers”). Manufacturing alleged that Telemarketers’ equipment infringed Manufacturing’s United States Patent No. 4600814.
