This is an equity action for the infringement of four letters patent, granted to Charles F. Brush for improvements in secondary batteries, and now owned by the complainant. These patents are dated and numbered as follows: Nos. 337,298 and 337,299, were applied for June 13,1881, and were granted March 2, 1886. No. 260,654, was applied for June 13, 1881, and was granted July 4, 1882. No. 266,-090, was applied for June 9, 1881, and was granted October 17, 1882.
