This appeal is from the Board of Appeals’ affirmance of the examiner’s rejection of claims 4 through 15, the only re*558maining claims of appellants’ application, serial No. 728,056, for “Isotope Production,” filed March 21, 1958.
The invention relates to a method for the production and recovery of radioactive isotopes through detonation of a nuclear device of the fission or fusion type in a suitable geological formation.
