Appellant, William Muller, appeals from an order denying his petition for a writ of certiorari by the superior court. The writ has been sought for the purpose of annulling an order of the municipal court which was entitled an ‘ ‘ Order Concerning Motion for New Trial. ’ ’ That order directs “that all proceedings for a new trial herein be terminated and the Clerk of this Court is ordered not to set any motion of the plaintiff for a new trial in this case for hearing. ’ ’ The order of the municipal court was based upon the judge’s conclusion that the statutory time within…
