All appeals in this action not heretofore dismissed upon stipulation are now hereby dismissed. Enumeration of a long list of names is unnecessary.
The basis of this conclusion is that the notices of appeal were not filed within the statutory limit set by section 939 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The judgment was entered September 6, 1928. The notices were filed on and subsequent to February 6, 1929. The time for filing notices of appeal expired November 5, 1928.
