Accused was brought to trial before a general court-martial for larceny of $4,720.00 from an Army finance office in Japan, a violation of Article 121, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 921. In accordance with his plea of guilty he was convicted, and the court-martial sentenced him to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for four years.
