Tried in common by a general court-martial, these accused were convicted of two larcenies and one wrongful sale of United States military property, violations of Articles 121 and 108, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USO §§ 921 and 908, respectively. Each was sentenced to dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and confinement at hard labor for three years and, although the convening authority modified the findings as to one larceny, he approved the sentences.
