Baker v. Latses

This is an action brought by plaintiff against the defendant to recover $163, the stipulated purchase price of 4,075 pounds *40of potatoes sold and delivered by plaintiff to the defendant at Salt Lake City on April 1, 1920.

The action originated and was first tried in the city court of Salt Lake City, where judgment was rendered against the defendant for the full amount sued for by the plaintiff. An appeal was afterwards taken to the district court of Salt Lake county, where the ease was tried de novo with the same result.
