In this attorney disciplinary proceeding a hearing board found that the respondent, 1 James William Robnett, converted trust funds belonging to a client; engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation; failed to maintain complete records and to render appropriate accountings of funds in his possession belonging to a client; and failed to pay or deliver funds belonging to and requested by a client.
