A hearing board of the Supreme Court Grievance Committee found that the respondent in this attorney discipline case entered into prohibited business transactions with a client, engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, and engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice. The board recommended that the respondent be suspended from the practice of law for three years. A hearing panel concurred in the findings and recommendation.
