Plaintiff Hazel M. Davis (hereinafter “Davis”) appeals the District Court’s order granting summary judgment to her employer, Sodexho, Inc. (hereinafter “Sodexho”). Davis filed the instant action alleging (1) age discrimination under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (hereinafter “ADEA”), 29 U.S.C. §§ 621-34, and (2) worker’s compensation retaliation under Tennessee law, after she received a notice of dismissal and right to sue letter from the Equal Employ ment Opportunity Commission.
