MERRITT, Circuit Judge.
This appeal arises from the district court’s grant of summary judgment against plaintiff Rebecca Duggins on her claim of retaliation for complaints regarding alleged sexual harassment and gender-based discrimination under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 on the part of her former employer, Steak ’N Shake, Inc. In addition, Duggins appeals the district court’s denial of her motion for leave to amend the complaint to include a claim for violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
