*973In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for legal malpractice, the plaintiff appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Orange County (Alessandro, J.), dated July 14, 2006, which granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
Ordered that the order is modified, on the law, by deleting the provision thereof granting that branch of the defendants’ motion which was for summary judgment dismissing the cause of action to recover damages for legal malpractice as time-barred and substituting therefor a provision denying that branch of the motion; as so modified,…
