There is pending in the Superior Court for El Dorado County an action in condemnation brought by the state to condemn a body of land belonging to petitioners. Petitioners have answered the complaint and a pretrial order has been made. Petitioners served upon the state certain interrogatories. The state noticed a hearing of objections to the interrogatories and of a motion to strike the same. A hearing was held.
