MEMORANDUM OPINION

Presently pending and ready for resolution in this case is a motion to dismiss pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) filed by Defendants Shapiro & Burson, LLP, Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (‘Wells Fargo”), and Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. (“MERS”) (collectively, “Defendants”). (ECF No. 6).1 *466The relevant issues have been briefed, and the court now rules pursuant to Local Rule 105.6, no hearing being deemed necessary.
