BURDICK, Justice.

This is an appeal by Lilas McColm-Traska (Traska) challenging the district court’s ruling dismissing the professional negligence claim against attorney Douglas Baker (Baker), because the case was not ripe for adjudication. This Court affirms the judgment of the district court on alternative grounds.
