BURDICK, Justice.

This case arises from a district court order to enforce a mediated settlement agreement over the objections of one of the parties to that agreement. We affirm.

I. FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

Sallie H. Lothrop (Lothrop) and her mother, Alta Hess (Hess), are involved in a property boundary dispute with a neighbor, John Goodman (Goodman). 1 Based on the language of his deed, Goodman claims ownership over a strip of property also claimed by Lothrop and Hess (collectively, the Appellants).
