J. THOMAS GREENE, District Judge.
The plaintiffs made a motion for the award of attorney fees and costs in pursuing their request under the Freedom of Information Act. The matter was referred to the magistrate judge under 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)(1)(B). The magistrate judge made a report and recommendation that the motion be denied.
