MEMORANDUM OPINION
SPORKIN, District Judge.
This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs motion to compel the Federal Bureau of Investigation (“FBI”) and the United States Department of Justice (“DOJ”), (collectively, the “Government”), to provide certain data and documents to him pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (the “FOIA”), 5 U.S.C. § 552, et seq. Plaintiff is a prisoner proceeding pro se in this matter. Plaintiff alleges that the Government has not conducted an adequate search in response to his FOIA request and challenges the exemptions to the FOIA claimed by the Government.…
