ORDER GRANTING MOTION FOR ATTORNEY’S FEES

LASNIK, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the Court on a motion for attorney’s fees and costs (Dkt # 35) filed by plaintiff Curt M. Read (“Read”). The Court grants the motion for the reasons set forth in this Order.

II. DISCUSSION

A. Background.
