Action to recover damages for injuries sustained by plaintiff by being run over by an automobile driven by defendant. The accident happened near the in tersection of Lake Avenue and Del Mar Street, in the city of Pasadena, on the evening of January 27, 1921, at about 6:45 o’clock. Lake Avenue runs in a northerly and southerly direction, and there is, a street-car line thereon, on which' the Oak Knoll car is operated.
