Granting the Defendants’ Motion to Dismiss

I. INTRODUCTION

This matter comes before the court on the defendants’ motion to dismiss for lack of jurisdiction and failure to state a claim on which relief can be granted. The pro se plaintiff, Phillip C. Chandler, alleges an ongoing conspiracy by the defendants to remove him from the D.C. Air Force National Guard (“AFNG”).
