Andrew Moore, an African-American man over 62 years old, alleges that his former > employer, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (“HUD”), took dozens of adverse actions against him because of his race, gender, and age, as well as in retaliation for filing a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (“EEOC”).
