This action was commenced on June 17, 1911, in the district court of Potta watomie county, by the Midland Savings & Loan Company against J. F. Legg, Minnie F. Legg, Robert Robertson, and T. J. Engle, to recover a sum alleged to be the balance due upon a certain bond and to foreclose a real estate mortgage securing the same. Robertson and En-. gle disclaimed any interest in the property.
