This action was commenced by plaintiff in terror against the defendants in error to recover • a balance due upon a bond for the sum of $650 executed by defendants in error to plaintiff in error on September 1, 1910, and to foreclose a mortgage upon certain real estate in Pontotoc county executed by defendants in error to plaintiff in error to secure the payment of said bond.
