Appeal from Kalamazoo; Adams, J. Bill by the Michigan Central Railroad Company against the Chicago, Kalamazoo & Saginaw Railway Company and the Kalamazoo Paper Company to enjoin interference with certain side tracks. Prom a decree dismissing the bill, complainant appeals.

Complainant appeals from a decree of the circuit court for the county of Kalamazoo, in chancery, dismissing a bill of complaint in which it seeks an injunction to prevent defendants violating rights which it claims by virtue of the following contract:
