Action to recover damages for personal injuries, wherein plaintiff recovered a verdict for $350. Defendant’s motion for a new trial being denied, this appeal follows.

Defendant, as its name indicates, is engaged in the business of manufacturing markers and monuments for graves. Its business is located in a two-story building on Hennepin avenue in Minneapolis and faces the west. The ground floor is used as a sales- and showroom, its floor area being about 40 x 110 feet.
