In this action for damages for personal injuries a verdict ivas returned in plaintiff’s favor. Defendant appeals from an order denying its alternative motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for a new trial.
Defendant, a Minnesota corporation, operated what is known as a roller-coaster at an amusement park at Excelsior in this state on which patrons were given rides for a consideration.
