The plaintiff, Myroslaw Dragan, appealed to the Superior Court from a decision of the defendant Connecticut medical examining board (board), which revoked the plaintiffs license to practice medicine in Connecticut. The license revocation was based on charges of misconduct brought against the plaintiff by the defendant department of health services (department). The trial court sustained the plaintiff’s appeal and remanded the matter to the board for a new hearing.
