This is an appeal from a judgment entered in favor of the Big Four Oil & Gas Co., defendant, a corporation of the State of Delaware, in an action of assumpsit by the Penn-O-Tex Oil & Leasehold Co., a corporation of the State of Ohio, to recover damages because of an alleged breach of contract. Both corporations were engaged in the business of buying, selling and operating oil and gas leases.
