This is an appeal by the plaintiff, Wells Fargo Bank of Minnesota, N.A., a Trustee, from an order by the trial court granting the application of the named defendant, Michelle R. Jones, 1 for protection from foreclosure filed pursuant to General Statutes §§ 49-31d through 49-31j (mortgage act).
