In tbe present proceeding, tbe plaintiff seeks to annul tbat part of tbe judgment rendered in tbe case of "Babcock Lumber Company v. Benj. Z. Cameron” wbicb orders a sale pf certain lands to enforce specific lien tbereon “free of defendant’s claim of homestead.” Tbe character of tbe attack, whether direct or collateral, may be treated with indifference in tbe view we take of tbe case.
