ADAMS and CLARKSON, JJ., concurring in result. At the July-August Special Criminal Term, 1931, Buncombe Superior Court, the defendants in the above entitled cause were tried upon indictments charging them with conspiracy and violations of the banking laws, which resulted in convictions and sentences. From these, the defendants appealed to the Supreme Court. The judgments were affirmed in an opinion filed 15 June, 1932. S. v. Lea, ante, 13.
