This is an appeal from a minute order granting a temporary injunction as prayed for in plaintiffs’ complaint.

On November 19, 1952, respondent, Kenneth Griffin, in dividually, and in his representative capacity as secretary-treasurer of Teamsters’ Automotive Workers’ Union, Local No. 576, on behalf of himself and all other members of said local, filed a complaint for specific performance of an alleged collective bargaining agreement and for injunction.
