Defendant appeals in an action by the People to enjoin certain alleged violations of the Unfair Trade Practices Act (Bus. & Prof. Code, § 17000 et seq.) to wit, the selling of articles or products at less than cost in the manner prohibited in section 17043 of that code and the practice of using articles or products as “loss leaders” prohibited in section 17044.
