Vestax Securities Corporation (“Ves-tax”) appeals the district court’s order granting a motion to compel the arbitra tion of its dispute with several investors regarding the purchase and sale of securities. The company also challenges on appeal the order of the district court dismissing the declaratory judgment actions Vestax filed against the investors.
