Petitioner seeks statutory review of a final order of the Agricultural Labor Relations Board (hereafter Board) reported at 9 ALRB No. 36. (Lab. Code, § 1160.8. 1 ) Petitioner contends the Board erroneously found that petitioner refused to bargain in good faith by (1) failing to pro vide information to the United Farm Workers (hereafter union); (2) initiating a unilateral wage increase, and (3) refusing to bargain a decision to cease growing beets which was, in effect, tantamount to subcontracting, and a mandatory subject of bargaining.
