This is an appeal by the plaintiff from an order of the court granting a motion by the defendant to direct the clerk to enter satisfaction of a judgment rendered in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant.
On January 23, 1915, plaintiff, E. LaFleur, brought an action against the defendant, the M. A. Bums Lumber Company, a corporation, to recover damages for personal injuries received by him while in defendant’s employ, the injuries being caused by the negligent operation of defective machinery in defendant’s mill.
