Trida Miller, executrix of and heir at law to the estate of Rhonda Bishop, appeals from the district court’s award of summary judgment to State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (“State Farm”), in this diversity action brought to determine the amount potentially payable pursuant to the underinsured motorist provision of an insurance policy which State Farm issued to Bishop.
