MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
CRONE, United States Magistrate Judge.
Pending before the court is Defendant Banana Republic, Inc.’s (“Banana Republic”) Motion for Summary Judgment (# 11). De fendant seeks summary judgment on Rehnee Aikens (“Aikens”) claims of discrimination under the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (“Title VII”).
Having reviewed the motion, the submissions of the parties, the pleadings, and the applicable law, this court is of the opinion that the defendant’s motion for summary judgment should be granted.
