OPINION
SENTER, Chief Judge.
In this case, plaintiff alleges that defendants wrongfully terminated her employment in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state law. Presently before the court is defendants’ motion for summary judgment.
FACTS
The plaintiff, Cherry Ann Pegues, began working for defendant Emerson Electric Company in 1972, and worked at that company until she was terminated in December, 1993. This was Pegues’ first and only job; she has an eighth-grade education and no GED.
