MEMORANDUM OPINION
BIGGERS, District Judge.
This cause comes before the court upon the defendant’s motion for summary judgment. The court has duly considered the parties’ memoranda and exhibits and is ready to rule.
INTRODUCTION
The plaintiff, an employee of Bryan Foods in West Point, Mississippi, brought this action against the defendant alleging claims of wrongful discharge in violation of his rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA).
