On January 2, 1909, the Western Cottage Piano and Organ Company, hereafter called the Company, and Mary C. Merrifield, Louis W. Merrifield, George R. Wood, and Lilla M. Wood, owners of one half of the capital stock of said corporation, filed a bill in equity against Thomas W. Burrows and Jarvis R. Burrows, owners of the other one half of said capital stock.
