On January 9,1908, the Western Cottage Piano & Organ Company, hereinafter called the company, filed its bill in equity against Thomas W. Burrows and Jarvis R Burrows, asking an injunction to restrain the defendants from interfering with Louis W. Merrifield, its president and general manager, in the execution of his duties as such officer, and to restrain the defendants from performing or attempting to perform any of the duties of said president and general manager.
