Bowman, from an interlocutory temporary injunction order of January 2, 1959, issued by the Circuit Court of Warren County, in substance, enjoining all of the defendants, — the appellants and the other defendants-appellees, Everett G. Bowman, John A. Bowman, and Mabel M.
