The plaintiffs own one half of the shares and the defendant John H. De Wolf in his own right 'and as administrator of William De Wolf owns half of the shares in the defendant Avenue Bent Company, a stock corporation organized under the general statutes of this state and having an authorized capital stock of 500 shares of the face or par value of $100 each. The corporation is entitled to but three directors. The defendant John F.
