This is an appeal from a judgment of the Superior Court in and for the County of San Francisco, in favor of plaintiffs and respondents in an action brought against a real estate broker and the other defendants as his agents, to recover certain real and personal property, and monies, allegedly received by them through fraudulent transactions. Elizabeth Petzold, the original plaintiff, died shortly after the judgment was entered and Wells Fargo Bank and Union Trust Company, as special administrator of her estate, was substituted as plaintiff.
