Presently before the Court are the parties’ cross motions for summary judgment regarding the First and Second Round Petitions of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and Bangladesh Bank (hereinafter referred to respectively as “First Round L-Claim” and “Second Round L-Claim” or collectively as “L-Claims”), which were filed pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 1963(0 (1994).
