GIERKE, Judge:

1. A military judge sitting as a general court-martial convicted appellant, contrary to his pleas, of sodomy, conduct unbecoming an officer (2 specifications), and service-discrediting conduct (4 specifications), in violation of Articles 125, 133, and 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §§ 925, 933, and 934, respectively. The approved sentence provides for a dismissal and forfeiture of $500.00 pay per month for 4 months. The *362Court of Military Review1 affirmed the findings and the approved sentence. 38 MJ 746.
