PUBLISHED OPINION OF THE COURT

TELLER, Judge:

The appellant was convicted, pursuant to mixed pleas, by a military judge sitting alone, of being absent without leave, failing to obey a lawful general regulation, failing to obey a lawful order, dereliction of duty, making a fálse official statement, adultery, and obstructing justice in violation of Articles 86, *65392, 107 and 134, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. §§ 886, 892, 907, 934. The court sentenced him to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 30 months, and reduction to E-l. The convening authority approved the sentence as adjudged.
